Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Must be in the original packaging (box or bag).
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you further.
Note: If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to process your return or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund and apply it to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
Please Note:
- If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. In this case, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Refunds will only be processed for eligible returns. Items marked as "delivered" cannot be refunded unless proven otherwise.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again for updates.
- Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.
- Reach out to your bank — some financial institutions take additional time to post refunds.
If you’ve followed all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. In such cases, we will replace the damaged or defective item with the same item at no additional cost.
To process your exchange:
- Email us with photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Provide your order number for reference.
We will review your request and guide you on how to return the item and receive a replacement.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for non-defective items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, return shipping times may vary, and you should factor this into your return process.
For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once we have received your returned product. Please allow some time for the exchange to be processed and shipped back to you.
